Delete your Pixelar Cloud account

Last updated: October 10, 2026 · Contact: [email protected]

Pixelar Cloud is a MasterLabs product. The Pixelar Cloud Android app connects to a Pixelar Cloud server that a person or organization installs themselves (at home or at their office): your account, your photos and everything Pixelar knows about them live on that server, not on MasterLabs servers. MasterLabs does not have or store app accounts and cannot access any Pixelar server.

How to request deletion of your account

  1. Ask whoever manages your Pixelar (the person who created your account and gave you the server address). The app also says so in Settings › Your profile: «To delete your account, ask whoever manages your Pixelar».
  2. They delete it from Pixelar in their browser or in the app: Settings › Accounts › (your account) › Delete account.
  3. If you are the one who manages the server, your own account is deleted by uninstalling Pixelar Cloud from your server and deleting its data folder (by default /mnt/user/appdata/pixelar-cloud on Unraid).

If you don't know who manages your server or they don't answer, write to [email protected]: we'll help you figure out how to reach them, but keep in mind that MasterLabs has no access to your account or your photos.

What is deleted

When an account is deleted, the following is deleted on that server immediately and permanently:

  • The account: name, username, email, password, profile photo, background image and preferences.
  • Its open sessions, trusted devices, two-step verification, locked folder PIN, API keys and webhooks, and its Telegram and browser-notification connections.
  • Its albums, favorites, tags, people, memories and what the artificial intelligence knew about its photos.
  • Its sharing links and file-request links (they stop working), their history and reports.
  • Its brand, logo, watermark and banners.
  • Its notifications and security log.
  • The folders connected to the account are disconnected from Pixelar (with their thumbnails).

Uploaded photos and videos: when deleting the account, whoever manages the server chooses whether the folder with everything that account uploaded to Pixelar (its uploads, phone backup and files received through its links) is also deleted from disk. If they don't, those files stay on the server's disk; ask them to delete them too if you want.

What is not deleted

  • Server folders that were connected to the account are not touched: they are files on the server's disk, managed by whoever runs it.
  • Backups that whoever manages the server made earlier (for example to another disk or to the cloud) are deleted on their own schedule.

On your phone

To remove the account from the app: Settings › This phone, or tap your photo and choose «Remove from this phone» (or «Sign out»). This deletes the session and the copy of what you last viewed from the phone. Uninstalling the app deletes all of its data from the phone. Photos in your gallery are not touched.

Data that MasterLabs does keep

Only if a Familia or Pro license was purchased: the license code and the buyer's email and name (see the privacy policy: https://masterlabs.site/legal/privacidad-pixelar.html). The buyer can ask for their email and name to be deleted by writing to [email protected]. None of this is related to app accounts.
